Comfort and style: air conditioning without outdoor unit as an energy-efficient complete solution
In recent years, our homes have always been very hot in summer, which is why people often opt to install an air conditioner. Unlike air conditioners with an outdoor unit, our air conditioners only have a unit hanging in the room itself, which with its stylish design also fits nicely into any interior. In the house in Kasterlee and the house in Zemst, our air conditioners with electric heat pump were the ideal solution for not only cooling during hot periods, but also for heating the house sustainably. Heating is then no longer done via gas, but electrically. This is not only beneficial for the epc value of the home, but it also makes the appliance financially interesting.
Kasterlee opts for comfort without gas: tailored sustainable climate solutions
In the house in Kasterlee, we installed 6 units throughout the house to replace a central heating system. This house did not have a working gas boiler, which the installation of the air conditioners with electric heat pump eliminated to heat the house. However, this brought a new problem, namely the need to have hot domestic water in addition to heating the house itself. For this too, we offered a solution, namely a heat pump boiler. This also runs electrically instead of on gas, making it highly interesting both financially and for the epc value of the house. Especially when combined, the air conditioners and the heat pump boiler are an energy-efficient and ideal way to both cool and heat the house.
