For the expansion of our activities, we are looking for a telephony and planning employee for execution in Flanders.
Your duties
- As a telephony and scheduling assistant, you will answer customers' incoming phone calls. You are the 'first point of contact' for our customers.
- You manage the sales team's diaries: for this, you schedule new appointments and make the necessary adjustments.
- The mailbox is also followed up by you.
Your profile
- You have a great sense of responsibility, you work accurately, smoothly and independently.
- You are perfectly Dutch-speaking and are also fluent in French. Other languages are a plus.
- You can critically evaluate customer situations.
- You have experience working with CRM packages & Microsoft Office applications.
