What does wall injection involve?
If you have a moisture problem in your wall, chances are you are dealing with rising damp. This is a type of moisture problem that is most common in Flanders. Fortunately, you can easily inject walls to create a new flood defence layer form. Thanks to wall injections, damp walls become dry again and you get lasting results!
What exactly do wall injections entail? Well, the principle is actually quite simple. First, the wall is prepared for injections. Then we drill holes in the wall at the skirting board level. Here we then inject with top products that quickly form a waterproofing layer in the pores of the wall. This prevents rising damp from seeing through and allows the wall to dry out nicely.
The product you inject the walls with is extremely important. Never just inject your walls with any product that claims to be a water barrier. There appear to be huge differences in quality in this. It is difficult to inject a wall a second time. So it is very important that you choose the right solution straight away.
